“I have driven by this unit on Springhill many times. The first thing that is so noticeable is the outside appearance of the unit. It is very well kept up. That made an impression on me. So when I found I was in need of some storage space for an upcoming move, I immediately contacted this unit. My call was taken by a representative named "Holly". She was really professional and polite during our conversation. She fully explain the contract and how to make my payment. Holly sent me a URL link to use if I needed to do so. Over the phone she set up everything I would need to get started. All I had to do was purchase a lock and begin to move my items into storage. She even took time to contact me to see if everything was going okay. The unit I was assigned was very clean!! And I feel like the security of the site is super. I would say I was extremely pleased with this, my first time ever utilizing a storage facility. And "Holly" made it very easy and pleasurable.”

“Needed a small storage area to keep some thing I was cleaning out of my place. When I arrived there was a note on the door to call and someone would meet me there. Waiting about 10 minutes. The lady who helped me was very friendly and I was able to to an area right inside the gate. Prices were comparable to other storage rentals I had checked on. You get your own gate code so you can come and go whenever you like.”
