“I used a small storage compartment at CSCenter for six months for my bikes during a downsizing move. The location is convenient to everywhere in W Little Rock, clean and well managed. I never had gate or water problems and opening/closing the account took just a few minutes by an on-site manager. Great spot.”

Cody, Wayne, and Drake were excellent. They were polite, quick, hard-workers who treated our home and furnishings with care. They meticulously wrapped the furniture in paper pads, tape, and shrink wrap then loaded the truck. They were good communicators who checked in several times to make sure they were doing what I wanted done, and how I wanted it done.
We will be using AMS again, and will be better prepared for the cost to be significantly higher than quoted.”

Update 4/7/26…Although Anthony is helpful, he is limited on what he can do. I went in and paid for April and then corporate charged my card an additional monthly charge as well. They don’t post a corporate phone number or email, not very convenient when they have taken money and all the people can say is that they are sorry that happened. I need that additional money back and no one will help.”

I did not want to use UHaul because of a past experience.But i had no choice, Thank God for this Angel name Laquita, i don't know what i would done without her going that extra mile with being efficient, friendly , upbeat . Unfortunately, i'm still not a fan of UHaul, but definitely would go back to the one on Chico rd in Little Rock. LaQuita i'm not sure if they tell you this but You ROCK , keep being the awesome person that you are and keep delivering first class service .”

“It's full cell service 24 access anytime you have an issue the number you can call as a great response time polite customer service tons of cameras double layer security access I enjoyed it I had a great experience was never concerned about my property I really love the ease of access and I'm not kidding about that 24-hour day or night anytime you could go by check on your stuff and take away it was great great 10 out of 10 would absolutely store my stuff there again!”
