“This is not the first time Cabot,AR branch has went above and beyond with their customer service. Just one example of many , we were out of checks and Heather had some ready for us to pick up in envelope with acct name on it. She left for day and made sure she let someone know if I came in after she left.
After Macy left a net manager stepped in. Tanner & WOW what an asset she is. Every time I come in she’s always smiling, or if we have issue she genuinely wants to find solution not just sting no. She is a breath of fresh air.. this branch by far has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time and that includes my ms y years of banking in California, I relocated to Cabot 3 yrs ago. So very thankful to have my money in good hands.”

“I have been banking with Bank OZK for a long time ever since they were originally bank of the ozarks. It was the only bank that had other branches in other towns other than Mountain View, Ar where we could access our money. I deliver all around central Arkansas and they have a bank near every place I go, which makes it convenient for me. I especially like the Cabot,Ar branch! Lakiya a teller at the branch is very sweet and very efficient in her role there. If you want a bank with down to earth people with convinent locations you should run to open account here!”

“CD rates are good now (4.05%) and I went in to leave a small amount we do not think we need for a while. Wait time, 2 minutes. Paperwork time, maybe 6-7 minutes. Courtesy, professionalism, efficiency? 100%. We have never experienced a problem with AFCU in 30 years as customers.”
