This is the best bank in Cabot! Especially the girls on the front line. Chelsie is an amazing teller and has helped me with my accounts making sure I got stuff straight. Always professional and sweet. Takes good care of her customers and making sure they are done right by.

I had a problem with my new debit card at the ATM, after the lobby had closed. I called customer service and my issue was addressed and resolved in less than five minutes by Brooke. No IVR, no AI, but an actual human being who cared about the customer on the other end of the phone!!!
