I had a problem with my new debit card at the ATM, after the lobby had closed. I called customer service and my issue was addressed and resolved in less than five minutes by Brooke. No IVR, no AI, but an actual human being who cared about the customer on the other end of the phone!!!

They have shown me the upmost respect at all times. Furthermore I have no idea why someone would say that they are rude because they are not!!!!!!!!
