I had a problem with my new debit card at the ATM, after the lobby had closed. I called customer service and my issue was addressed and resolved in less than five minutes by Brooke. No IVR, no AI, but an actual human being who cared about the customer on the other end of the phone!!!

BEWARE!!! Do not do business with OR take out a loan with this bank! Whatever you do, just choose someone else. I just finished paying a $15k car loan off with them, and you do not want to go through what I went through. They will double charge your payments, give their word on an overnight return, then go back on their word because “it costs too much to overnight it”.. When I’m having to now pay overdraft fees from the accidental and unexpected $900+ debit from my account. The girls at the main office are rude, unprofessional, hateful, and will hang up if you call them on their lies. Just please avoid this bank at all costs if you’d like a good, honest experience.

Gabby is the best she was great with my son while helping me open an account the other ladies gave my son a ball to occupy him and I can’t say enough there all really sweet ladies in there thank you all for being great
