“This was a surprisingly clean storage facility. The unit was a great price, and cheaper than most in the area. Joe was super nice and very understanding to military personnel's special circumstances. The hours are 9am-6pm, and there is no keypad entrance, but that was fine for our needs.”

“Absolutely the BEST, friendly customer service! I cannot recommend Budget Self Storage-Cabot enough. I honestly give it 10+ stars!!!! They made the process of me renting a storage unit for the first time ever a very smooth process. My climate controlled unit is clean, the property is safe/secure, and they even have some music playing in the building—a very nice bonus! Especially when you are the only person there—makes you feel way more comfortable instead of having that creepy, complete silence. ?”

“Never have had any problems. The monthly rent is the lowest around. There are security cameras. The owner was very helpful and took care of me same day I called him. Units were clean and they sell round disc locks at the mini-golf office, which is where the manager for mini-storage and mini-golf lives. The mini -storage is open to rental customers 24 hours a day. It's been convenient, safe and friendly for my family. Both of our units are side by side too. Nice!”
