“The storage was clean. Dawson’s customer service skills went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the unit I was renting. I like the wide alley ways that allow for moving truck turn radius. There are lights in the storage units as well as a dumpster on site.”

“3 years in and just got a second unit woth these giys. Pretty great place over all. Its clean, never had issues with bugs or rats in my building. Climate control is stable no mold or mildew. Its well monitored. Only thing I can say is the prices are a bit steep after the promos where off, we where looking to add a parking spot for a vehicle to our account and it was the same price as a huge unit.”

“Nothing. They save my move. I had reserved in Jacksonville AR for '10 truck. I was called around 5pm day before move and told they did not have a truck for me and none were available in area. I replied I already paid movers online uhaul and knowing I had to be out of apartment. Jacksonville said they will check and call me back. No call back. Me and cousin went to Sherwood location. Had to get '26 truck and pay more money but had a truck to move now. Called Jacksonville AR uhaul to cancel reservation for 10' truck they didn’t have for my reservation and inform them I found a truck at Sherwood uhaul location they only available for oneway trip was '26 truck. Jacksonville AR uhaul location didn’t offer me compensation or a discount for not having what I needed for reservation. It was awful uhaul experience that got better with Sherwood and Jonesboro uhaul locations. Not having the uhaul you reserve added stress to the move and unexpected money to be paid at last minute. Then the dolly I had with '10 truck reservation I didn’t think to get with '26. It delayed the time for movers and cause more physical work to move without ease of dolly to carry heavy items. But movers managed without it. Tough day that turned out better.”
