“Here's why Smith is the absolute best at what they do. They are not in the business of towing your vehicle but are a mission to help stranded motorists. My truck wouldn't shift and Michael said it was a common problem with this model and helped me temporarily fix it with a zip tie. No transport and no charge. Frankly, I cannot remember any past customer service of any company that has exceeded Smith.”
“It's not a good day when you get hit and need a tow truck to take your vehicle, but Teresa at Ryno made it more of an enjoyable experience. She is so kind & fun. Just a ray of sunshine and a joy to work with. I recommend calling them for any towing needs.”
“Broke down at Sonic in Gravel Ridge. Called roadside thru my insurance company and that driver refused to come. Called Jhook and Adrian from Ivy Hall was there in less than 10 minutes to get me going. Excellent service. Would definitely use again”

“After two other roadside service attempts couldn’t get me back on the road, he showed up in the rain and got everything sorted out. He loaded my F-150, hauled it 16 miles to where I needed it, and gave me a ride so I wasn’t stranded. After a long afternoon dealing with this, it was a huge relief to have someone show up, figure it out, and get it done. Great service and genuinely appreciated. Thanks, Ant!”
