“This business is pure honesty and integrity. I needed a new alternator for my Pacifica. The van had been spraying oil in the engine area which made removing the alternator slippery. The part was dropped a number of times as a result during the removal.
After the new part was installed, the air conditioning wasn’t working. They referred me to Jason’s Auto and they paid for the air conditioning plugs that got damaged and I had the valve cover gaskets replaced to stop the oil spray.
They drove me home and kept in contact with me during this repair. As a result, I was introduced to two great businesses in Jacksonville, AR!”

“What an awesome place. Zane made this a smooth experience from start to finish. I was about 10 minutes late for my reservation, but everything was still ready to go. He hooked up the 4x8 enclosed trailer in no time—only took about 10 minutes. He crossed the safety chains and tightened the trailer down properly, explaining everything he was doing as he went. “I can't tell you how much this Exxon helped me, during a repair on my Expedition. My alternator went out on I-40 during rush hour lunch traffic, on my way to Tennessee, to get my parents. A tow service towed me to this Exxon, which was a blessing. Brian, mechanic, was the only mechanic and was working on 2 other vehicles, at the time my vehicle was brought in. He stopped, took care of my Expedition, and got me back on the road, quickly. He offered to get me a motel room, to get rest...me & my dog. And the cost for labor and the new alternator was so affordable. This Exxon/Brian, is a wonderfully ethical, and helpful mechanic/gas station. I was truly satisfied with the service, friendliness, knowledge, ethics, and price of this Exxon! I highly recommend this Exxon for travelers and locals, in need of repair work on their vehicles!”
