“Here's why Smith is the absolute best at what they do. They are not in the business of towing your vehicle but are a mission to help stranded motorists. My truck wouldn't shift and Michael said it was a common problem with this model and helped me temporarily fix it with a zip tie. No transport and no charge. Frankly, I cannot remember any past customer service of any company that has exceeded Smith.”

He hooked up the 4x8 enclosed trailer in no time—only took about 10 minutes. He crossed the safety chains and tightened the trailer down properly, explaining everything he was doing as he went. “I can't tell you how much this Exxon helped me, during a repair on my Expedition. My alternator went out on I-40 during rush hour lunch traffic, on my way to Tennessee, to get my parents. A tow service towed me to this Exxon, which was a blessing. Brian, mechanic, was the only mechanic and was working on 2 other vehicles, at the time my vehicle was brought in. He stopped, took care of my Expedition, and got me back on the road, quickly. He offered to get me a motel room, to get rest...me & my dog. And the cost for labor and the new alternator was so affordable. This Exxon/Brian, is a wonderfully ethical, and helpful mechanic/gas station. I was truly satisfied with the service, friendliness, knowledge, ethics, and price of this Exxon! I highly recommend this Exxon for travelers and locals, in need of repair work on their vehicles!”
