Put in an order for my supplies that I still have not been able to recieve since October, it is almost February. I have constantly called them every week just to be told they are working on it.

Have been calling billing office for weeks and can't get ahold of them. Hot springs AR can't take care this. My billing is messed up.

Turned in hospital bed and closed account. Price kept increasing and they were taking it off debit card was reason why it was closed. Following month get call saying account in trouble they can't collect payment even though they picked up bed and were paid previous month.
