Dealing with Cheryl in Searcy was a joy but when a large amount was deducted from my granddaughter's account, we were directed to the Billing Center. It was a very frustrating time and the bank was unable to help. Thank goodness for Kimberly Clemens! She took charge and never gave up helping until the money came back into the checking account. Kim was so pleasant and always went above and beyond to help us. Kim has also been working on all of the insurance with our account - this turned out to be complicated but she works fearlessly on it.
