Upon entrance, we were greeted and received help, but not just, 'Yeah, it's located on x, y, and z'. Staff actually walked us to the exact location of items and had pulled items we had called about. So helpful and personable. Amazing customer service. We drove from Hardy, Arkansas because no one around had what we needed and glad, we did. We have found our new go-to hardware store.
