“Went there for the first time to buy a replacement bulb for my Dodge charger. The person at the counter was very friendly and searched for the part and gave me the right bulb. I went to a body shop and have it replaced and it worked fine. AutoZone guy didn’t want to replace as it’s HID bulb. It’s about $20 costly than the price listed in Amazon for the same part, but worth to get it right away instead of waiting for shipping.
Same part was not available in Pierelli auto parts.”

“Good fast service. This is the second time that we have used them and everything went well both times. I do wish their hours were more convenient. It’s hard to drop and pick up your vehicle when you work and they close at 5pm and aren’t open weekends. However, we managed to work it out.”

“Brought our Kia Soul for repairs due to 2 recalls. Was told before I arrive that it was going to be approximately 1 hr. It took 2.25 hrs. I was never called to pick up vehicle. Saw my vehicle parked and decided to go to service desk to inquire about my car. Was told that it was just brought up. The ticket may have just been brought up to the service desk but my car was not. They performed a service check as well but was not notified of my car possibly needing filters until checking out, which I may have wanted just to have them replace.”
“I previously used Gerber Collison to repair my car after an accident. They did an excellent job. More recently, I was in another accident (other person's fault), and so I took my car to Gerber Collison to repair that as well. They were also able to repair some damage that hadn't been repaired in the past due to finances, but by doing both at the same time, I saved money on my rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Highly recommend Gerber Collison!”

Went back and the guy helped me get the new bulb, put it in for me, made sure it worked, all with having a smile on his face. “This is my second time using Brown’s collision for my 2021 Tacoma. Both instances the damage was fairly extensive, and on both occasions it was no problem whatsoever for these guys! This time it was my front end- hood damage, grill, fender, door, etc. They are quick, extremely friendly, prompt in answering phone calls and my numerous questions, and the work they’ve done has been phenomenal!!!
