“Went there for the first time to buy a replacement bulb for my Dodge charger. The person at the counter was very friendly and searched for the part and gave me the right bulb. I went to a body shop and have it replaced and it worked fine. AutoZone guy didn’t want to replace as it’s HID bulb. It’s about $20 costly than the price listed in Amazon for the same part, but worth to get it right away instead of waiting for shipping.
Same part was not available in Pierelli auto parts.”

“I went in and bought a bulb for my headlight, went to the dealership to get it installed and they made me sit there for two hours just to tell me I got the wrong bulb. Went back and the guy helped me get the new bulb, put it in for me, made sure it worked, all with having a smile on his face. “This is my second time using Brown’s collision for my 2021 Tacoma. Both instances the damage was fairly extensive, and on both occasions it was no problem whatsoever for these guys! This time it was my front end- hood damage, grill, fender, door, etc. They are quick, extremely friendly, prompt in answering phone calls and my numerous questions, and the work they’ve done has been phenomenal!!!
