“Great experience selling my Jeep to Landers. Lucas was honest and fair while we went through the process. He explained everything and gave me a check when we were done. I was very skeptical walking in thinking I was going to be low balled. That was absolutely not the case. Lucas exceeded my expectations.”
“I have been buying parts from Sunrise Honda for a few Honda motorcycles that I've owned over the years. They have reasonable prices, often a bit less expensive than what I can order direct. The Parts Manager, Bradley is VERY knowledgeable, and he has been quite helpful with advice on a project that I am working on. Friendly, Sincere and Professional.”

“Easy location. Good, quick service. I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less. On most recent visit, they offered to install wiper blades, but I took care of it myself. (They were already helping another customer with same.)”
“Very knowledgeable, already knew where to start with my issues. Went and dropped off my boat right before Fourth of July and Cliff and Tim still got the job done. We didn’t know much about the boat so we couldn’t get it to start at the lake and he waited at the shop to explain to us how to start it while a boat was sinking in the water ?. Anyways super friendly people and even fixed a couple of things that weren’t the main issue. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance”
“Great place they were so kind and helped me out a lot I don’t have a very good insurance and they still worked with me and got the job done in only a month like new I would totally recommend.”
“Very helpful staff. I arrived from out of state and was having issues with the reserve capacity of the batteries in my RV. One of the managers patiently tested the batteries, identified a low water problem with one of them, corrected it and recharged them while we waited in our RV in the parking lot - all for free. We subseqently ended up replacing the other one. This was above and beyond my expectations for a parts store.”

“Miguel and the manager Eric where both very helpful, helping me find the issue to why my license plate lights weren’t working. They where able to get it working again and I was very satisfied with their help!”
“Definitely enjoyed my visit on 2/3/2026. Much better yard than our u-pulls up here in Springfield, MO. Even if not quite as big. Prices on motors is excellent and one of the very few places that still allow u to buy a short or long block.”
“As a former Naval officer I was always taught to take ownership in everything that my division owned. if one of my guys screwed up, I was the one accountable for that screw up.
We own a 2019 Ford Escape that needed a new battery. It couldn't have come at a more inopportune time as my personal truck (a Toyota) was in the shop getting storm damage repaired and my house which was totaled in the storms has been dragging along in the rebuilding process. I needed this car to be running as both my wife and I need to get to work in different places every day. Well, for those familiar with the Ford Escapes of that era it is no easy feat to replace the battery. I knew that going in and would normally attempt to do it myself but all my tools are in a storage facility and not easy accessible. I called around to most places and was informed that they do NOT install the batteries in Ford Escapes because of the issue of having to take things apart to even get to the battery. I finally called WalMart on Pleasant Grove and was told that they would install the battery for free. I told the person on the phone no less than 3 times that it was a 2019 Ford Escape and was not an easy process and the person insisted that they would replace it. So we jumped the car and drove it to WalMart. When we got there we were informed by a different person in the automotive center that no, they would NOT install the battery. Keeping in mind that I had just been informed of another issue with rebuilding my house (a costly one), I will admit to losing it. I asked to speak to the manager. A man by the name of Austin appeared. I told him the situation, informed him of the phone call the day before and being assured that they would install the battery free of charge, informed him that the vehicle battery was shot and it would no longer start unless it was jumped, informed him that I had to get a rental car because of the battery issue, and informed him that I was now late for work. I then pointed to the sign in the service area that said battery installation is FREE with no notes saying it didn't apply to certain vehicles. This is where Austin took ownership. He said that WalMart would PAY to get it towed to a dealership to put in a new battery AND PAY for the battery due to the inconvenience this situation has caused me. Best part is they lived up to their promise. That's true customer service!! When we went to pick up the car I tried called Austin to apologize for my actions in the morning but he was already gone for the day. Bottom line, Austin backed up Sam Walton's mantra that rule #1 is the customer is always right and rule #2, even if the customer is wrong, see rule #1.
Good job Austin and thanks WalMart Auto on Pleasant Grove for restoring my faith in Walmart's customer service.”
“Huge shoutout to Tonya at Walmart Auto Care! I came in for a flat tire and she went above and beyond—reviewed my Walmart+ membership, checked when I bought my tires, and reminded me it was time for a rotation. I’ve never had service like this at Walmart. As a woman in an auto shop, feeling seen and cared for is huge. Tonya, keep that spark—you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!”
“I have an Excursion that needed the full back side vent glass replaced and I went everywhere trying to get it done for 2 years. Every body shop and Safelight I went to told me that they don’t make the part anymore and that I should check with junkyards and EBay. In desperation, I went to Bentonville Glass to see if I could just get SOMETHING to cover the gaping hole other than a hideous tarp. I asked if they could just cut a piece of glass to put in there. They couldn’t help but said if I found the part on EBay they’d be happy to install it for me. **Shoutout to Bentonville Glass!!** THANKFULLY, a lady at Bentonville Glass referred me to Matt at Auto Appearance Group. I immediately called Matt, he text me his address and told me to come out so he could shrink wrap the hole while he tried to find the part. Within the hour, the gaping side vent hole was shrink wrapped and he had a part on the way to fix it! Within 3 days I had new glass, and they had cleaned up all the muck and gunk from Gorilla Tape getting baked on from tarping it for so long. I will recommend Auto Appearance Group to everyone I possibly can! Matt and Jose get a 10/10 on superior service, customer care, and excellent work!”
