“Had a piece of trim come loose from my F250 and factory replacement procedure included removing the back glass.......not cost effective nor rational for a simple trim piece replacement. Stopped by Old Town Auto Body and talked to Ben. Local owned business and great at solving problems. Within just a short time, the trim piece was reattached to a factory look and my F250 back on the road. Can't say enough about these guys. Local owned business is the only place to do business anymore. Stop and ask yourself who benefits from your dollar being spent........corporate people who you never meet, or local family taking care of the community. Bring back local business support and family owned businesses.”

“At the store now. Had a lot of heavy batteries to carry in. Just happened to catch a young guy as he was getting off work. Already clocked out even. His name was Edwin Garcia. Super nice young man. Stayed after his shift - off the clock - just to help me carry in heavy stuff and get me taken care of inside. I watched as he offered to help his co-workers as well. Not wanting to leave them having to deal with all my stuff alone as they unloaded all those batteries. Not often these days do you find such willingness to help and professionalism... nice to see that O'Reilly's has hired a winner here! Good job guys and girls!

“Had a nephew and also a former son-n-law who were mechanics; I was spoiled. But recently they retired 😟. Been screwed over more times than I can count since then. Then I had two big jobs: an engine swap in my Buick and a transmission swap for a widow at church. I remembered my nephew had worked at Junk Yard Dog (JYD) long ago and they did this sort of work so I crossed my fingers 🤞 and paid them a visit (a visit works best-JYD is old fashioned and don't have lots of people answering phones or an online presence). They were very friendly and did both jobs very well; everything tight, no warning lights, leaks or funny smells/noises. Unfortunately, the factory rebuilt transmission (not JYD's fault) quickly failed-but it came with a warranty so Junk Yard Dog handled the warranty, did the uninstall, the reinstall, the paperwork, worked with the warranty and still charged me a fair/low price. What a relief 😎. I hate to post this review because if they get real busy they might take longer and raise prices. But for now two thumbs up👍👍”
“We had been to numerous parts stores and kept getting wrong parts, I called Payless Salvage in Rogers and Klassy said let me ask our guy and then says yes I have them and I could pick them up as soon as he pulled the parts!! Part were the correct size and way cheaper than anyone else !! They are my new go to for anything I need and such Nice people !!!”
“Had a Great time. Didnt expect to find what I was looking for so easily. When I called ahead of time they had all the answers to all my questions, explained everything very clearly and kindly. When I arrived I was very nervous but they had plenty of signage and a check in sign. I was also given a print out of the location of my potential parts and a easy to read map. I was in and out in 20 min. It would have been faster but I kept seeing cool stuff and kind people. Im gonna go back just to check out the rest of the yard.”

“I have an Excursion that needed the full back side vent glass replaced and I went everywhere trying to get it done for 2 years. Every body shop and Safelight I went to told me that they don’t make the part anymore and that I should check with junkyards and EBay. In desperation, I went to Bentonville Glass to see if I could just get SOMETHING to cover the gaping hole other than a hideous tarp. I asked if they could just cut a piece of glass to put in there. They couldn’t help but said if I found the part on EBay they’d be happy to install it for me. **Shoutout to Bentonville Glass!!** THANKFULLY, a lady at Bentonville Glass referred me to Matt at Auto Appearance Group. I immediately called Matt, he text me his address and told me to come out so he could shrink wrap the hole while he tried to find the part. Within the hour, the gaping side vent hole was shrink wrapped and he had a part on the way to fix it! Within 3 days I had new glass, and they had cleaned up all the muck and gunk from Gorilla Tape getting baked on from tarping it for so long. I will recommend Auto Appearance Group to everyone I possibly can! Matt and Jose get a 10/10 on superior service, customer care, and excellent work!”
