“I've been extremely satisfied with the customer service that this particular Firestone gives me. I personally own five cars and I have several work vehicles as I own a business, a short distance away from them. Matt and Jack always get me in right away if I have a problem. They're good at keeping you informed during the diagnostic phase and also make you aware of any pending or future problems that they see. Their prices are competitive and fair. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.”
“Highly recommend. As a woman, I always have a fear that I’m being uncharged more just because of my gender and I did not feel that way at all here. Compared to Walmart discount tire, they had a fair price still. I was recommended by a coworker and they fixed my tire no issue. Very politely told me that my passenger side needs to be done But wasn’t pushy about it unlike other places I have gone to. I did end up coming back the following week to fix my passenger side+ alignment and they did an outstanding job again. They ended up fixing my subframe for free even. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and coming here from now on.”

When I called I was told it'd be at least an hour before anyone could head my way, but 10 mins later Josh said he'd be there in 15 mins and he was. Then I brought it to Straightline and they quickly were able to diagnosis the problem and fix it at a reasonable price.
