“I want to personally thank Andrew, I came in as a first time customer because I got 2 coupons mailed to me. I visited today and was told they could not honor both coupons for the same visit. I was confused, and Andrew very professionally explained why they couldn't honor both coupons in the same visit. He explained he felt very sorry because he really enjoys helping people out, but the system won't let him. But never the less, he still went out of his way to call the owner of the location, asked to honor both coupons and they said yes. I am very happy with this location, Andrew was very very helpful, and very professional. Once the approval came through, the total price was actually better then expected! Less then 75$ total for all services. Andrew kept me up to date with how my battery power looks, refilled my oil, and proformed all services with a smile and was extremely professional. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Star Lube. Your expectations will be exceeded.”
