I am ready to close every account I have with Arvest, after taking almost 3 hours to do a deposit and open a simple account. Tellers are handling money, without gloves, but yet the lobby is closed and you have to wait in extensive lines or parked on hold for upwards of an hour. This is an asinine procedural operation that does not have any real application in risk mitigation, and is excessively poor customer service. The flippancy of the staff is rude and callous to the excessive time delay burden on the guests. Losing 3 hours in a work day is not acceptable!

Thank you very much Casey for resolving an issue for our family. This branch is the best. Each time you assist us with a simple deposit or cashing a check you do a superb job. That goes for all the staff at this branch.. Still wish you were at the Main Street Branch. Thank you very much
