Been going here for years, this is my home town Dollar General. Staff is friendly and understanding. Also to the owner, if you not going to use the automated self check-out, get rid of the automated self check-out.

The store itself is ok, and *most of the employees here are friendly and personable, but one of them is borderline outright rude. Darker scraggly hair older lady. Barely says anything, acts like you're interrupting her and putting her out if you even try to speak to her or ask a question. Severely lacking in customer service skills, there's no need to treat people like they are a nuisance. Instead of this one, I would recommend the DG on Rogers all day long. Everyone there is in a great mood, and super friendly. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one just rubbed me the wrong way, and it's consistent behavior, not just an isolated incident.

Parents: Don't tell your kids to apply at these dollar stores. I've seen managers immediately leave out names without bothering to look at their work history simply because their name sounds like it's Spanish!

You just stand at the register while one employee flirts with the man at self checkout and the other one just stands there....doing nothing. So...for the second time...you just have to leave without buying anything while swearing never again.

I love the store at 1312 W. Main in Clarksville Ar. Sometimes chaotic and sometimes quiet. There is a nice vibe here. Lots of cool stuff that folks actually need. Nicely seasonal! Definitely fun in a time where that's hard to come by.

They're running a gift card scheme weird lately I've been ripped off hundred dollars buying gift cards and then they cancel the transaction and apply the gift card funds that you would get in a refund to a different card and they take it home money return to different gift card so beware I wouldn't buy no gift cards

Store is totally disgusting outside with trash and cigarette butts..good selection inside but two people with carts can't pass one another aisles are either cluttered or just too small.
