“Chris is amazing!! When I say above and beyond helpful--I mean it with my whole heart! I am so glad that we came in and he was there to assist in a very stressful situation for me. 10/10 come to Clarksville cricket if you want to have the best customer service experience”
“Matt, Malachi, and Sophie are the absolute best in the business. I appreciate their thorough explanations and willingness to go above and beyond. I will always go to Clarksville for my business.”
“Went in with a technical difficulty on my dad's phone , it somehow was barely readable. We were politely greeted and helped right away and mystery solved and fixed quickly. (Somehow the settings on my dad's apple phone had been set on the lowest brightness setting when I wiped the screen on my shirt sleeve to get son shmutz off of it). Repeat problem child here, we returned today with unusual messages received when people tried calling dad. The 2 ladies in store jumped on it and trouble shooting began. They quickly found the problem and resolved it for us with minimal hassle and great attitudes. A+ in person customer service at the Clarksville store.”

“Jack's is a true asset to.a rural community. It I'd not Walmart offering low to.midquality of the latest electronics, rather a place to go when your older electronics need help like new batteries, connecting cords or you are not sure what. Here you can find someone who has on hand the standard needs and knows how to find the less usual ones. Check it out while we still have this shopping treasure.”
