“Went in with a technical difficulty on my dad's phone , it somehow was barely readable. We were politely greeted and helped right away and mystery solved and fixed quickly. (Somehow the settings on my dad's apple phone had been set on the lowest brightness setting when I wiped the screen on my shirt sleeve to get son shmutz off of it). Repeat problem child here, we returned today with unusual messages received when people tried calling dad. The 2 ladies in store jumped on it and trouble shooting began. They quickly found the problem and resolved it for us with minimal hassle and great attitudes. A+ in person customer service at the Clarksville store.”
