“We sent an email on Tuesday evening when they were closed and had a response first thing the next morning. We drove up Friday afternoon to look at the car I wanted. We dealt with the same man through email and in person. We drove another car just to be sure. He offered to have another car we looked at online brought over from one of their other dealerships.
