They always treat my animals like their own whenever they are in their care! I never have to worry or second guess because I know they’re getting the best treatment. Extremely friendly staff, who walk you through every step of the treatment plan and have no problem answering any questions you may have!!

This place is a joke! They say they care but just want money and they're happy. You'll end up paying hundreds just to bring your animal home to die! Take your fur babies somewhere else!

I called the 3rd of March to special an appointment for my dog to be spade a month in advance. They said she was scheduled for the 5th of April. I just called today the 4th of April to confirm the appointment. I'm glad I called, they messed up the appointment, the lady I talk to to schedule the appointment, apparently was Incompetent and never put it in the computer, for they could not find me or my dogs name and no appointment for a surgery at all for April 5th. Now my dog who needs to be fixed can't be. And I have to go thru the trouble of find another vet. After a month of believing my dog would be fixed tomorrow. I am so activated & frustrated. If you schedule your dog here for a percedure of any kind. Call back a few days before the day of your appointment to make sure they did not botch up your appointment, too.

I absolutely love this vet, they are all so friendly, so understanding and take great great care of my pets. The prices are not near as high as any other vets with the same great treatment. As well as the lady on the phone, olga, is the sweetest being. She is very fast so your not on the phone all day and still has excellent customer service. My favorite hands down 10/10!!

Lived in the area for years and loved these folks then moved away but couldn't find the service/compassion/attention/PRICE combination. Didn't realize what I had till I really looked elsewhere and couldn't find it! In summary I will drive 2.5 hours round trip to get my animals to this vet. Thank you Tri-County

Everyone at Tri-County has been super nice and helpful when I take my animals in. They were a bit worried about one of my cats having a hernia when I took two kittens to get spayed and neutered. They explained everything to me about how they would fix it to how much it would cost. Turns out it wasn't a hernia and they called me to update me on how my cats were doing after surgery. I really appreciated the update!

My dog couldn't breathe hardly so we called this place for a emergency visit but they said they would TRY to get him in at 1:30, even tho my dog couldn't get up nor hardly breathe, if you are trying to find a good place to take your animals do not go here.

Knowledgeable staff. Dr Jose is fantastic. Should honestly open her own clinic. Great care privided.The reason for 4 stars and not 5. Seem to have a good bit of trouble figuring the correct dose of anistitia for large breed dogs. The second reason is they seem to push antibiotics when not really necessary.
