“My puppy, Axolotl, turned 4mo old today, and as such already had an appointment for the following week with our local vet in Colorado.
However, the night before we drove out here to Arkansas to drop 2 horses off this past friday, I noticed some cloudiness in her right eye. I immediately started treatment with vetracyn eye gel, hoping it would improve or hold the condition. First thing this morning I called to the nearest vet, CVC, explained I thought she had a coronary ulcer and if we could be seen. They had us in just 2hrs later!
Sure enough that was the case, they did a contrast exam for her and said her eye would be just fine, gave us some specific to the condition drops. I requested her final distemper shot and rabies on top and they were happy to oblige.
Very thankful for this adorable small town clinic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable same day service keeping my little 'lotl happy and healthy. ♥️”
