We sent an email on Tuesday evening when they were closed and had a response first thing the next morning. We drove up Friday afternoon to look at the car I wanted. We dealt with the same man through email and in person. We drove another car just to be sure. He offered to have another car we looked at online brought over from one of their other dealerships. We decided on the one we had looked at and papers were written up. They were very straightforward on price, gave us the interest rate we wanted, a good deal on an extended warranty and gave us about what we expected on our trade in.It was the quickest and easiest car buying experience we’ve had!! I was traveling cross country in my old RV and my tires were a little soft.They checked my tire pressure and added air free of charge.I would buy a car from them if I lived nearby.Great guys.Much appreciated

They did pretty good. Other than talking to one salesman online and dealing with a different one in person...it was a pretty easy buying process. No real complaints ...they also gave really good recommendations on where to eat lunch!!

The worst experience I've ever had with a seller was when I wanted to buy a car from them in Chicago. During our conversation, they informed me that they do not provide loans to people from Chicago due to the numerous scams they have experienced in the past. While I can understand their reasoning, I turned to my bank for a loan, which was granted without any problem. However, they insisted that I transfer the money before even seeing the car, which I couldn't agree to. I have bought cars from many places, but I have never encountered such a lack of respect for the buyer."

I love Jonathan at whitson and Morgan! He in my eyes is the best salesman there although there are many great ones available for your needs too! Jonathan stayed over one evening and ended up bringing me my wallet back to me that I had left there on his desk, after he had worked all day! I highly recommend going in and seeing Jonathan for any vehicle you might be wanting❤️

This place is great. I've been hearing bad stories regarding dealerships as of late. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about Whitson-Morgan Motor Company. I was helped by Danny , who was really respectful and helpful. I drove up from Dallas to get a particular truck that I came across on Autotrader. I was cautious, because driving 5 hours to the dealership gives you the disadvantage during negotiations. Regardless, Danny stuck to the previously agreed-upon deal (without any ambiguous fees or up-sale tactics), and I left with a new car that day.Their mechanic was competent and answered all my questions (I double checked what he said later on with a private mechanic as well).This dealership has an impressive lot, too. I believe they source unique cars within a large area. Definitely worth a walk around if you're looking for something.

Being in Sales myself I can appreciate a great salesman. Ellis Foster is a great salesman! When I was looking for a truck 10+ hours away I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Foster. Not only was he attentive, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was coming for exactly what I wanted. He’s upfront and honest.This dealership alone was/is the most friendly dealership I’ve dealt with! Sean the Finance Manager was also awesome and took care of me! I will look up this Dealerships inventory first regardless of the drive when I’m in the market for a new/used car/truck.What ever you do, if they have what you’re looking for (even if they don’t) Ask for Ellis!

I have used this dealer twice now. My husband and I inquired on a couple of vehicles and they answered all our questions. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We are very happy with our salesman Josh Holt. Paperwork was a breeze with the help from Brittney. Awesome experience! I will definitely keep buying my vehicles from Whitson-Morgan Motor Company!

Helpful as far as finding a car you want. The only part I didn’t like was trade in value...I was firm on my price they offered $100 less and wouldn’t budge. I wasn’t going to give in since there were plenty others to buy from. Orr in Russellville gave me what I asked for and was surprised at hearing I didn’t get what I wanted on trade in. I like salespeople you have, but didn’t get farther with anything else since you would not negotiate.

Do not recommend selling or trading a vehicle in here. I did so, and while they offered me a decent price what they did not do is meet their end of the deal and pay the truck off.I brought a truck to them March 12th and they gave me 19,000 for it, which I then wrote a check for the difference only to find out 3 months later they did not meet their obligation and pay the truck off. Not only did they not pay my truck off, they then SOLD the truck to someone else WHILE IT STILL HAS A LIEN on it! Be careful when buying from here, and avoid trading here. Worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had, I own a business and constantly am buying and trading trucks for work. I will not be back.
