Took two identical payments for one months of service, said they’d cancel one and never did. Ontop of being extremely rude, the Second Lady I spoke to seemed to brush off the fact that I wanted a refund. Will be finding a new source for internet after this mess.

Paying $100 plus on my bill and don’t even get the internet speed I’m paying for.

I called for questions about service and the woman that answered was extremely rude. I also think that it is extortion to force customers wanting internet to pay for phone service that they will never use. This company will fall and lose customers based on these things.
