Academy Sports + Outdoors offers a wide range of quality hunting, fishing, camping equipment, patio sets, barbecue grills, and sports and recreation products. It caters to all customers, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. Shoppers appreciate the good prices and the availability of various items, such as a better-priced boat trailer winch found compared to other stores. However, some customers find the selection limited, especially in shoe sizes and women's hiking boots, which can be frustrating. The store is known for friendly and kind staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One common complaint is the lack of enough registers open, leading to long lines, prompting some to prefer online shopping. Overall, Academy Sports + Outdoors is a reliable place for outdoor gear and sports equipment, with consistent service and a wide product range.
Only going to give 3 stars due to selection. They were out of a lot of common things in sporting goods id call before I made a trip

This was my second time visiting. Easy access into store for those who need it. What I was purchasing, the individual was knowledgeable and helpful. This will be my go to place for what I am interested in.
