“UPDATE: Employees are all friendly and helpful. One concern is the store is getting more cluttered, more racks of jackets and shirts. Every square foot of space seems to have a sales rack. Difficult to navigate and rather overwhelming. Great selection of shoes and jackets. They carry high end names for jackets with reasonable prices. Staff is always friendly. The best part are the low prices. FIVE STARS.”

“An employee named Gabriel left me very confused after dragging me around the store nonstop in pursuit of an item that they didn’t actually have in stock. He kept telling me stories about things he’s done in the past, interrupting me while I tried to ask questions. He also made me uncomfortable with the aggressive use of the word “proclivity” which I don’t think he knows the meaning of. A really bizarre but for some reason enjoyable experience.”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
