“I wanted to leave a huge thank you to the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts today. My daughter had finally fallen asleep after being extremely fussy, and I needed to pick up oil for my husband's vehicle. I called to ask if there was any way someone could bring it out to my car so I wouldn't have to wake her up, and they kindly said yes. The gentleman who brought it out to me, an older bald gentleman with glasses, was so kind and helpful. It may have seemed like a small thing, but as a mom, it meant a lot. He saved me from waking up an exhausted baby, and I truly appreciated his willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for going above and beyond. Acts of kindness like that don't go unnoticed!”

“Been coming to this store since my first car, and it continues to be my go-to parts store all these years later. They'll go out of their way to help you out and give honest answers about their parts.”
