“Crain service department is awesome, however, there is one thing that doesn’t make since. I was called to bring my GMC Ultimate 1500 for maintenance to leave it a few days. I live in Pottsville Arkansas about 45 minutes away. I ask if I could get a loner to drive back home and the service manager asked a lady in as she was going into her office and she said no. The repair is costing over $5000. The service manager is getting someone to drive me back to my home in Pottsville however when it’s time to come and get it, it’s another problem.”

“I wanted to leave a huge thank you to the staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts today. My daughter had finally fallen asleep after being extremely fussy, and I needed to pick up oil for my husband's vehicle. I called to ask if there was any way someone could bring it out to my car so I wouldn't have to wake her up, and they kindly said yes.
The gentleman who brought it out to me, an older bald gentleman with glasses, was so kind and helpful. It may have seemed like a small thing, but as a mom, it meant a lot. He saved me from waking up an exhausted baby, and I truly appreciated his willingness to help.
