Has been pretty good until you use a vpn when you go to use the bill pay. then some times if you leave it open for awhile before it will take it. Or get out of vpn and do your bill paying and then get back in the vpn. losing ths safety of VPN

I have lost over 400 dollars in "hidden fees" particularly since I started a savings. Sometimes the customer service is wonderful, have been banking for over 5 years here. Just sad that I may close everything and start somewhere else because I'm scared of losing money out of nowhere with the bank here.
