“This place is EXACTLY what you need. My family and I just moved to the area and we were looking for a sofa and a love seat for our new apartment. We had started off hitting all the sales at the bigger retailers in Conway but i just couldnt put down almost two thousand on a set. My parents suggested cheep sleep and I was hesitant. Y'all.... “We walked in a Nathan walked up to us and introduced hisself. He answered all our questions and when he didn’t know the answer he asked Jane & Brandi who were also so very helpful! Nathan has only been their 2weeks so we understood him not knowing somethings was understandable. We walked out with a new bed and mattress. We will definitely be back because the customer service was awesome compared to H3home who didn’t even return our call with a quote.”
“Lost a star due to rude cashier. Barely said 2 words to me. I thought I had enough money on my gift card and I didn’t so I had to find my debit card and she was very impatient and kept tapping on the counter with the gift card I gave her. Then I said “I am so sorry” about 3 times she didn’t say anything. It took me less than a min to get my debit card out and I paid. I said thank you and she ignored me. I didn’t get to see her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that, my experience was great. Guess I’ll use self checkout next time.”
“I've purchased a set of bunk-beds, TV stand, and a very NICE stove from them. Im very pleased. They are on the pricer side but I think that's an understandable compromise for a doable payment plan. Also if I was a little late they would work with me but I still had to pay a late fee. All in all great experience and I would likely buy from them again.”
