A beautiful space with very centered energy. I attended a sound bath there with Embassy of Sound. I could feel the intense vibration from the instruments during this session.

About Go Inside Yoga LLC
Yoga studio offering daily classes. Classes in order of difficulty are Restorative, Yin, Gentle, Beginners, Mixed Levels, Hot, Flow and Power. 1 week unlimited for $15 for Conway residents. 20% discount for kids and college students. Lead instructor has 20 years teaching experience and is 500 hour RYT certified. Reservations are appreciated but not required. Walk ins welcome. Please read the class descriptions on our website to make sure you attend the appropriate class. Park across the street at the church. Please park away from the church entrance near the back of the parking lot.
