“I have always liked Lowe’s but was very aggravated with my last experience with them and their people they hire to do floor installation. The order was messed up to begin with. TWICE! Got it straightened out. Then the Floor installer showed up without a partner. (Furniture had to be moved). Then found a leak in my bathroom and had to wait for it to dry. Two weeks later moisture tester person comes and gives ok. Had to wait another 2 weeks and floor person rescheduled another 5 days. I am not happy the way this went but the floors turned out beautiful.”
“I came into the store thinking it was going to be an easy find for me, but I am 80% successful at buying the right nuts to properly fit my projects. Maybe 90% at best, this visit was among the 10%. I saw a woman in orange separating mismatch items in the aisle. I'll call her Terry. (She said, "Call me Terry) I asked her if she could help me do any better than the match I found. Terry grinned and had a look as if she was thinking I have trained my whole life, getting ready for this moment. I may have read too much into it. She said, "Let's see what you got." Her 1st attempt was close like mine, but she was just getting started. Blahahaha. She was able to find the right one on the next try. Thank you very much Terry, you were a great help.”
“I enjoy Home Depot and would go there more often if it were closer. Rental area is amazing especially being able to tow home a mini excavator or hole saw. I LOVE the tool selection- Home Depot has all the pro pics like Milwaukee Mikita and Dewalt. Lowes has some Dewalt but mostly pushes Craftsman and Kobalt. Outstanding selection of blades and bits, clean store, helpful people. I'd award the 5th star when the big box stores get SERIOUS about made-in-America and local sourcing!!!”
