“I had such a wonderful experience at Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry! I was searching for a Kendra Scott extender for one of my new dainty necklaces, but it was sold out online. When I realized Lee Ann’s is a Kendra Scott retailer, I was so excited and stopped by the store.
Unfortunately, they were out of stock too, but the amazing ladies didn’t stop there. They located an extender at their sister store about two hours away and had it shipped to their location for me. As soon as it arrived, they personally texted me to let me know it was ready.
When I came in, I brought my necklace with me, and they not only attached the extender but also put the necklace on for me to make sure it fit perfectly. It was exactly what I needed!
The customer service was above and beyond. Every lady I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. And as a bonus, the store smells absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful shopping experience.”

“Very happy with the service I received! I took in a Claddagh ring that I purchased in a shop in Galway, Ireland, which was beginning to fit too tightly on my finger. Admittedly I was bit nervous that either they couldn’t resize it, because of the design, or that a resizing it would affect the design altogether; but thankfully I was wrong! They resized the ring without affecting the design in any way and did so in a very timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the result!”
