“I cannot express enough gratitude to Renee at Emerge. Not only did she help us find a beautiful veil she let us bring in a dress we didn’t buy from her and try it on with the veil. In trying on the dress we realized there were spots on the train of the dress and she calmed all of us and referred us to the cleaners she used for her dresses. We took it to Model cleaners. 24 hour turn around and the dress looks amazing. The customer service from Renee was outstanding and we have a very happy bride! Thanks again for being amazing. 💗”

“I don’t live in Conway anymore and after living in several larger cities, American Jane is still by FAR the best vintage clothing store I’ve ever found. One of the things I look forward to most when coming home to visit each year is coming here. It’s impossible not to find something you love. The clothing and home goods selections are so skillfully curated (Seriously incredible. The best selection I’ve ever found in any vintage store) and the prices are more than reasonable. The owner is also one of the most genuine and kind hearted individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. She is so enthusiastic about her job and helpful in a way that doesn’t pressure shoppers. Her joy is truly infectious. I’ve never had anything less than a spectacular experience here, I would recommend it to anyone!!”

“They had a good selection of Halloween and home decor, but I was kinda disappointed in the clothing options. ALOT of the racks were pretty bare, I didn't find a plain black shirt or loungwear in my size here. I did score some good deals on towels (Lacoste brand) and Cetaphil cleanser. The purse selection wasn't the greatest either. Overall I don't regret stopping here and came home with some goodies”
“Set up was fast and relatively painless.
There was a few mix ups with fixtures/equipment between us and another store that got resolved fairly quick.
Training is really fast and left a ton for us to learn on our own. You really have to dig in on your own and research plus be a quick learner.
The hanging signs and pricing boards should be discussed a bit before made- we didn't have input on those. there are some services and prices that we changed immediately due to our area and local pricing/competition.
Overall though everything else was spot on

While I wish they had more business casual clothes, I do like some of their others because of how flowy and textured their pieces are. The few they do are standouts because they are not neutrals.”
