They’re friendly, they have what I need, and I always leave wishing I had more time in the day to spend in the store. Not just the best music spot in Conway, but the best music spot in the state.

The lady and gentlemen were so nice and chill. They restrung my daughter’s guitar and helped me out so much! Great people, even humored me in talking about guitars and the sounds of different woods. Highly recommend these guys. 5 star customer service!

On a trip from Memphis for a conference back home to California I stopped in Conway at The Palmer Music Store. I purchased a beautiful banjo for my husband. Daniel was very helpful as I know zilch about banjos. I would drive from California to this place! Lovely experience!
