“Having just purchased a new phone, I went to Best Buy for assistance and to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. I am an 82 year old widow and my expertise in all of this would fit in a thimble. So I was so thankful and happy to have a young man, Blake Atumbaugh assist me. He was so kind, respectful and helpful. He installed the case and screen protector and switched sim cards with my old phone so that I could keep my present phone number. His patience was so appreciated. I've used Best Buy for years, purchasing computers, tablets, printers, etc and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates, but today this young man was exceptional.”
