I am an 82 year old widow and my expertise in all of this would fit in a thimble. So I was so thankful and happy to have a young man, Blake Atumbaugh assist me. He was so kind, respectful and helpful. He installed the case and screen protector and switched sim cards with my old phone so that I could keep my present phone number. His patience was so appreciated.
