Very disappointed in Petco. I have bought many things from them, then today come to find out they over charged me for the product that is cheaper on their own site that if i ordered from it, i would actually pick it up at the same exact store! Then to top it off the manager tells me i need to show them a picture of their own site to get the same price. Its their own site!!. Done shoping with them as this is a horrible business practice to screw over your customers like this that physically drive to your stores and keep your employees working.

Very pleased with the grooming service for over a year now. It’s super easy to schedule through the app with everything pre filled for me. Lauren does an amazing job every time and always feels like she treats our dogs like her own.

This place seriously need to take care of animals better.I went there earlier, i saw a DEAD crested gecko. mind you, it’s not the first time i’ve witnessed something like that. two years ago, i went there to look at lizards. i across by a frog. i was so stunning to say anything because it was in serious condition, so malnourished and dead frog. that poor frog looked like it has been there for a few days without an employee noticing it dead. this time it’s a crested gecko. i’m honestly not surprised that they’re ignoring these animals

My best friend took their dog in to be groomed and they did a very horrible horrible job and the dog was crying and did not want to go back in there so basically they hurt the dog that's the Petco in Conway Arkansas

Went in for a grooming and was told she did not have time to cut my dog like I wanted. Don't use appointments if your employees set their own schedule and standards. WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY HERE AGAIN

Went to Petco last sunday. Got there at 6:30pm and at 6:48p we finally got an employee to show us a snake that we were interested in. As we were looking at the snake the employee said she needed to put the snake back into the cage because she needed to check someone out at the register. We waited for her to come back but never did. At 7:01 we waved her back over to us and said we would like to buy a snake and a gecko. She said it’s past 7:00p so she wouldn’t be able to sale us the animals and that we would have to come back tomorrow. We explained that we lived an 1 1/2 hours away and that we couldn’t drive back up there. She said sorry.This is what you get when you have an employee that’s working a job instead of having someone that’s passionate about animals and taking care of their customers. I will never set foot in a Petco again.

I am getting a new puppy and stopped at Petco to pick up a few things. When I got to the checkout 2 out of 3 things rang up a different price then was posted. Bandana was $3 cheaper and dog crate was $55 more expensive. Cashier explained that whoever was working the floor had not updated prices in a few days. I asked for the posted prices to be honored and was told no. I am not sure how anyone can confidently shop at a store when the posted prices are not accurate.

To the tenacious young man that assisted us with the selection, capture and boxing of our new Parakeet 'Amigo'. Thank you for your relentless effort in getting just the right bird that we wanted. He put up quite a fight and even had his other bird friends assist in the attack forged against you. Despite all the bites and flusters of feathers you persisted and prevailed in capturing 'Amigo' and delivering him to us. Thank you for the new addition to our family, we truly are grateful!

Normally have good grooming experiences here. This visit was different. Had to wait 15 mins to then have to get someone in the store to go find the on duty groomer. Then they asked if I had an appt (I have never made an appt for nail trim)-- and the first thing out of her mouth after asking about appt was to ask if I had proof of rabies vaccine. Never been asked this either. She obviously wanted an out and wanted to get rid of me. I told her I'm in the system and that all her vaccines are up-to-date. She was rude and doesn't need to be grooming for a living. Obviously not happy with her choice of occupation. Thanks, Jodie!

Bear was butter in the groomer’s hands (I hid behind a counter and watched part of it). The only complaint I have is all his nails weren’t buffed.
