“The woman that helped me was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. She took the extra time to help get a label printed for my return of a printer. Many people would have said they couldn't do it but she got it done. Then she even called me to ensure I felt comfortable k owing the printer would be going out that same day. I was very worried because if they did not receive it in a certain time frame they were going to charge me almost 150 dollars. I wish more customer service people were as great as she was. She is a definite asset to your company. I wish I would have gotten her name but hopefully you will know who she is.”

“First time visiting this location. It was a bit difficult to find. It's kind of hidden. At first I thought that my Maps was taking me to where the trucks get loaded, but I found it (it's located on the left). This location suited my needs because I required a FedEx staff member to scan my package and provide a receipt. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return if need arises.”
