“I absolutely love postal annex. The owner is always so sweet and friendly. She definitely goes above and beyond and very big on customer service. Thank you for being very helpful to my elderly (hard of hearing) daddy and having such patience.”

“The woman that helped me was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. She took the extra time to help get a label printed for my return of a printer. Many people would have said they couldn't do it but she got it done. Then she even called me to ensure I felt comfortable k owing the printer would be going out that same day. I was very worried because if they did not receive it in a certain time frame they were going to charge me almost 150 dollars. I wish more customer service people were as great as she was. She is a definite asset to your company. I wish I would have gotten her name but hopefully you will know who she is.”
