This bank absolutely sucks. Not just one branch but all of them. For a national bank you'd think the atm machines would work or the app would be halfway reliable or that credit card payments would actually go through. We set up accounts for our family & the manager, Arturo…was super helpful. The entire staff speak fluent Spanish as well as English and we’re kind, courteous and efficient.The parking in front of the building isn’t much, but there is more parking to the side of the building.

I have been in the.drive thru for 20 min. Only 2 cars have been helped! This is ridiculous. They need to learn how to count. I would have been fired by know. It is like this every Saturday.
