“Jeff Mace answered the phone personally and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had my AC repaired the very next day, and charged a fair price for the work. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I highly recommend Jeff for anyone needing honest, reliable car AC service.”

“The man who did my tire change (Elmo Mack), did a great job for an amazing and reasonable price! He was very knowledgeable and shared information with me that I might need to know in the future and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He is very friendly and personable. He can carry on a conversation and make you feel comfortable. I am extremely grateful for his service and I will definitely be back if I need his services again.”

“I went to 2 other mechanics who couldn't figure it out. They did all kinds of tests and said I was road worthy, then the next day I was on the shoulder of the road looking up mechanics in Conway. I called around and everyone said they were full into next week. I called here and was told Eric could look at it that day. I pulled in, and in about 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, told me the prices options for the part, and when it would be in. Turns out my inverter coolant pump had gone out (2006 Prius) Next day I came in and he took about 40 minutes to swap out the pump, I test drove, and after all this time my car is fixed. This man knows his stuff, is honest, and will fix your problem.”

“I’ve always used Discount Tire. I made an appointment to get my tire patched, hoping it would be quicker since I was still on the clock and they heavily advertise their speed. Although they were a little busy, I still ended up waiting there for an hour and 45 minutes. I haven’t gotten tires patched in sometime is that normal repair time for a place such as Discount Tire?! I will still use them. I just know next time drop the car off.”

“Friday on the way to work ended in a screw in back left tire of my 2500HD GMC truck. Great way to start a Friday. Bartlett was busy but was able to get me in quickly taking care of the tire. I'm getting close to needing tires. In stead of trying to make a tire sale they were more concerned in fixing so I could get to work. Before I left I asked for an estimate on new tires they gave 3 price options good better best. Best being less expensive than better. I definitely recommend going to Bartlett!”

“Found a car I really liked, and the dealership drove it up from Jacksonville so I didn’t have to make the trip down. Walked in, got a great price, and the whole place had friendly vibes and good personalities. I worked with Alicia Trice through the entire process, and honestly, she was great. There were a few minor bumps along the way and the wait was unusually long, but the team did everything they could to make the rest of the visit as efficient and fast as possible with no BS. I really enjoyed working with Alicia and would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a car.”
