I'm getting close to needing tires. In stead of trying to make a tire sale they were more concerned in fixing so I could get to work. Before I left I asked for an estimate on new tires they gave 3 price options good better best. Best being less expensive than better. I definitely recommend going to Bartlett!”

“I went to 2 other mechanics who couldn't figure it out. They did all kinds of tests and said I was road worthy, then the next day I was on the shoulder of the road looking up mechanics in Conway.
I called around and everyone said they were full into next week. I called here and was told Eric could look at it that day. I pulled in, and in about 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, told me the prices options for the part, and when it would be in. Turns out my inverter coolant pump had gone out (2006 Prius)
Next day I came in and he took about 40 minutes to swap out the pump, I test drove, and after all this time my car is fixed. This man knows his stuff, is honest, and will fix your problem.”
