“Clean, well-organized store and easy to shop. I came in looking for men’s dress apparel, but the selection was somewhat limited. On the plus side, the checkout process was quick and efficient, which made the visit smooth overall.”
“They had a good selection of Halloween and home decor, but I was kinda disappointed in the clothing options. ALOT of the racks were pretty bare, I didn't find a plain black shirt or loungwear in my size here. I did score some good deals on towels (Lacoste brand) and Cetaphil cleanser. The purse selection wasn't the greatest either. Overall I don't regret stopping here and came home with some goodies”

“Race played no factor into the ladies being trespassed. What was a factor, there are signs asking to not sit on the furniture or the luggage, the young girl was rolling herself around. There is also the matter of them eating food from the shelf, leaving messes(candy wrappers all over) and not paying for half eaten bags. Throwing clothes on the floor or over the racks etc. They immediately after being asked to not have the young girl on the luggage, raised their voices and was calling the manager a racist. Not one other customer has acted that way when asked to not use the luggage as a toy. They act rude and entitled every time they visit the store. Which has been several more times after this incident.”
“My Wife and I had around $12 store credit from before, but the Gal could not locate it. The Owner came over, manually applied it to our account, and politely resolved our issue. We applaud Platos Closet and the Owners for taking such good care of us Customers and blessing us with repeated enjoyable shopping visits here!!!
