Change machine takes your bills and doesn't give change. Not ok!

I tried to vacuum my car and it took my coins. We took my boyfriend’s truck here a few months ago. Paid 10 or 12 for a wash and it was horrible. We went into one of the stalls and washed it by hand and it still took extra coins from us. We went to another stall and it finally worked.
