“I paid for a $10 carwash. I paused long enough to fold my mirrors in before proceeding into carwash bay. I think it must have timed out even though it only took a minute to pull forward. So, I lost my carwash. I left a note on the door with my name and phone number. Lee called me the very next day to address my concerns. He gave me my $10 and a complimentary carwash.
