Convenience Stores in Des Arc, AR

“I've been coming to this gas station to fill all sorts of needs since I moved to Des Arc with my husband over 4 years ago. It's always been great, and still is even under the new ownership. I do have one complaint/concern, to the owners/management: Can you all please put signs at the fuel pumps that read: "Parking at Pumps is Only For Customers Who Need Gas". Or something like that. So many times we have pulled up to get gas and there are people parked at the pumps, we see so many of them get out of their cars, go inside to buy something, but don't end up getting gas. With only two pumps, it's incredibly rude and inconvenient to the point where I avoid coming here because so many people who aren't even getting gas park at the pumps. Maybe it would help if this was enforced, because it's such a frequent issue. I would stop here a lot more of this didn't happen so much. Why people park at the pumps when they don't need gas is beyond me.”

“It's a gas station, with a subway and pizza joint. Not much else to say about the business itself. But I do have a bone to pick with my fellow Des Arceans: if you're NOT getting gas, PLEASE DO NOT park at the pump!! Even if you are going to get gas, but you're going inside to get lotto tickets, a subway sandwich, or a fountain drink, and you know you're going to be a while, PLEASE park at the entrance and then move over to the pump once you're done!

I can't describe how annoying it is when I pull up to get gas at one of the two pumps, only to see two empty cars blocking them, and then people walk out and drive away, not even getting gas!

This is a frequent issue at Des Arc gas stations for some reason. I mean, this is common sense, common courtesy that should have been taught to us as children! Do better, Des Arc peeps! With all due respect.”
