“Have had many issues with our cricket service at different times and Rebecca has been of a great help and gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was very patient in what was a bit of a stressful time for us because we operate our business on our phones and this was causing us to lose money. She (Rebecca) is the one to speak with if you have any issues.”

“I went in to get high speed internet, because my previous internet that I had with AT&T stays out of service more than it stays on, I ended up getting a new phone also because of the bundle deal and the transition was good, my representative was so helpful and patient. He assured me it would be a good and much cheaper price to pay than I was with AT&T. I appreciate his honesty and help moving forward.”
