Ordering stuff online from T-Mobile can get very messy, and the only "solution" corporate could provide is to wait an unknown amount of time. This review is reflective of the store and the associates who helped (didn't get their names, but it was a newer associate and her manager it appeared). 5 stars to y'all even though I'm not the biggest T-Mobile fan at the moment since corporate's attempts to resolve customer service issues are laughable. The store was definitely well stopped but what we were looking for isn't even sold in stores anymore as much as more likely to find on eBay as I found out later. So not having what I needed wasn't an issue with them so much is what I was looking for being a bit rare and obscure. Basically though I've never been to a GameStop I didn't enjoy in some way or another and this was no different. I found it extremely funny how close to two GameStops were to each other in this area though so apparently there's a great need for GameStops. I'm definitely happy we have them.”
