“I drove in on a Monday morning at a little after 9 to purchase propane for my 39 foot Winnebago Motorhome. Cody came out to help me. Unfortunately I backed up too far and high centered on the curb by the entrance. Cody worked for an hour trying to help me get my motorhome free. He tried the truck, but it did not have enough power to pull it out. He tried the forklift but the motorhome rear was too heavy to lift or to pull with it. Finally we used my jacks and lifted it and put blocks under the wheels and I drove it out. I cannot tell you how amazing Cody and your other workers were. I tried to leave them money and Cody said no, that good service was part of his job. This young man is an awesome attribute to your organization. Thank you Ace Hardware for above and beyond service.
