“We blew a water heater bypass valve in the rv, went to hardware stores & spoke with 2 rv sales/services near Siloam Springs, none were helpful. After arriving at ES, we went to this establishment. Although the gentleman didnt have the needed part, he gave me a detailed plan to temporarily fix the issue using a waterproof epoxy, which cost less than $4. We greatly appreciate his willingness to help solve the problem. Even if it ultimately doesnt work, he gave more customer attention than any of the previous businesses.”

I love it when someone makes me feel like my opinion matters and tries to do better. Had she been unable to find another provider who would give them a better price to repair screens, I still would have appreciated the effort and wrote this review.”
